CVC has a Yahoo Group to communicate CVC news to the members via e-mail. The group name is "capitolvolkssport" and the link is http://groups.yahoo.com/group/capitolvolkssport.
All you have to do to join this group is create a Yahoo user account for yourself if you don't have one, login to Yahoo!, and then join our group. You will shortly begin receiving e-mail messages that show all the postings by other members of the group.
